Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team，expressing their hope for inspection team exposing New Zealand’s brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to loyalpoint in New Zealand for a closer look.

Company Building

loyalpoint’s office address in the regulatory information is Suite 4, 18 NorThcroFT Street Takapuna Auckland. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.

The survey staff successfully found the company building in a small business district on the North Shore of Auckland.

Subsequently, they entered the building, and took the elevator to the 18th floor. After strolling around, the investigators found that the broker’s regulatory address was actually the location of a medical service.

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that loyalpoint’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its financial service provider license(regulatory number: 551966) issued by Financial Service Providers Register is suspected to be a clone.
