On-site visit

The regulatory information shows that the address of MATRIX TRADER's Japanese licensed company is: 1-38-11 Nihonbashi Oystercho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo (東京都中央区日本橋蛎殻町1-38-11). The investigators conducted a field visit to this location.

The survey personnel came to the destination of the current survey according to the above address. There are many department stores around. It's a tourist spot. The investigators can see from the outside that there is a spacious office space in the lobby on the first floor of the building. The dealer's logo hangs outside the building, and Nissan Securities' name is printed on the glass at the front entrance. Due to the epidemic, the survey personnel were not allowed to enter the office and therefore failed to take photos of the interior of the company.

The investigators saw through the glass door that there were indeed employees working in the office on the first floor, and there were company logos everywhere, thus confirming that the dealer does exist. Unfortunately, they could not enter the office for further information.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the trader Nissan Securities as planned, and the trader's logo can be found on the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the trader has a real business venue. Unfortunately, the survey personnel were not able to enter the company for internal visit, so the specific scale of its exhibition business is unknown. Investors are requested to make a sensible choice after careful consideration.
