Introduction

GIB Capital Group is AR licensed by FCA, and also licensed by NFA for general financial services. 

Inspection Process

The address of this site visit is Office 09119 Level 12, 64 York Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000.

The inspection team arrived at an office building at 64 York Street. Unfortunately, the entire building is now closed to the public and the lobby area at the entrance has been sealed off.

The team found a bulletin at the door, and learned that all companies at Level 12 are included for tenants information. The name of GIB Capital Group is not among the list.

Conclusion

The team’s site visit confirmed that there is no office place of GIB Capital Group in Australia, and the broker is not regulated in Australia as well. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
