Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned to visit the broker, Redstar, in Hong Kong. According to public information, the office address is located at 228 Gloucester Road, 17th floor of the Sheng He Building, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, always responsible for the investors, carried out a field verification of Redstar based on the given address information.

The surveyors went to the Wan Chai area and arrived at Sheng He Building. The building, located near Wan Chai, sees frequent business activities, but it is rather old and cramped. The overall environment of the company's campus and streets is average. The surveyors were able to take clear pictures of the building's exterior, but they found no signs of Redstar.

Upon entering the lobby of the building, the surveyors found it to fit the characteristics of an old commercial building. However, they did not find the company name 'Redstar' in the lobby's directory and hence could not obtain any guidance to its location.

The surveyors proceeded to the 17th floor where they only found one company 'Jinshan Futures' — the lights were dim and they found no information related to 'Redstar'. They couldn't confirm its specific location as there was no company logo inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors couldn't enter the company, nor could they take pictures of the front desk and its logo. It was confirmed that this place is not a shared office, which further confirmed that Redstar does not actually operate here.

After the field survey, it was concluded that the broker Redstar does not exist in the said location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Redstar as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
