Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as planned, traveled to Tokyo for an on-site visit to the broker SANKO. According to public information, the office address is 3-2-2 Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0025, Japan, EKK Building.

Adhering to their responsibility towards investors, the professional survey team commenced on-ground investigation at SANKO based on the aforementioned address.

Surveyors arrived at the EKK Building located in Nihonbashi Kayabacho, central Tokyo. The building is not far from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the company precinct and streets are bustling, surrounded by a dense concentration of financial institutions giving out a strong business ambiance. From outside the building, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panoramic view.

Surveyors were allowed access to the building's lobby, which was consistent with the characteristics of commercial buildings. While inspecting the lobby directory, they found the name of SANKO and determined the floor the company is located.

The surveyors went to the respective floor and successfully arrived at the specific location. It was discovered that the company only occupied one floor and the size of the building wasn't particularly big. Although they were not able to enter the company interior to gather information about its office environment, they were able to photograph the reception and the logo at the reception from outside. It was confirmed that the location was not a shared office, fully affirming the company's genuine existence here.

Therefore, it was confirmed after the field survey that the broker SANKO genuinely exists at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited SANKO SECURITIES accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
