The inspectors successfully arrived at the China Merchants Tower. The location is situated on Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information for the company FOC was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 12th floor, the inspectors found that the directory board listed information for other companies at this address. There was no clear signage for the company FOC in the office area. As no information about the company was found, the inspectors could not enter the interior. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the reception area of FOC, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Since the company could not be found at all, the inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company through public areas. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker FOC does not exist at the aforementioned address.
