Upon arrival, the surveyors confirmed the company's existence but were unable to enter. Based on what they learned, the office environment was average, with room for 20 to 30 workstations, estimated at 20. The address was not a shared office, and no FOREX EXCHANGE logo could be seen from the exterior.

Thus, the survey confirmed that FOREX EXCHANGE existed at the aforementioned address.
