Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet their demand, the investigation team went to visit BX for a closer look.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of BX in Australia is 704 8 Help St Chatswood NSW 2067. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigators successfully found the building and saw an obvious room number on the pillar after entering the building.

There was no information about BX on the floor guide in the lobby. In order to ensure the survey quality, they took the elevator to the 7th floor and found nothing but the logo of another company on the notice board.

Then the surveyors came to the room indicated by the regulatory information and found it was a migration & education agent. They walked around the floor and still did not find the office of BX. Regrettably, the survey staff finished this trip.

Inspection Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of BX in Australia was different from its regulation address. Although the broker held the Authorized Representative License (regulatory No.001277959) issued by ASIC, its Authorized Representative License (regulatory No.001273788) issued by ASIC and Common Financial Service License (regulatory No.0515642) issued by NFA were suspected to be clone.
