The fees were sky high, including the spreads and commissions, which ****** for small traders like me. And forget about getting any free education or trading signals - they're not interested in helping newbies out. Don't even get me started on the customer service, it was a complete letdown. They're totally unprofessional and it takes forever to get anything done.
