The trading platform is pretty smooth and easy to use, and I haven't experienced any major issues with slippage or sudden spikes in spreads. That being said, I have had a couple of frustrating experiences with their customer service team. There was one time when I needed some help with a trade and it took forever to get a response from them. It felt like I was talking to a robot or something!
