I've been trying to withdraw from EPFX for a week now. I've submitted detailed information to the same deposit bank three times, but all attempts have failed. I've emailed the support team and chatted with them, but no one has responded to the reasons behind the withdrawal failures.

Please be informed, your review was left on 2024-01-26 and our company has not yet opened and started accepting clients. Due to this fact, it is not possible for you to have an account with our firm nor have you been able to submit a withdrawal request as you are not a client with our firm.
