I deposited funds with the broker, but it hasn't reflected in my account. They told me I need to obtain a deposit proof for them to verify the deposit. The payment system communicates via API for payments, which are online 24/7, 365 days a year. These people just scammed my deposit. I used Capitec Pay for the payment. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes, I waited for 30 minutes, and then when I contacted them after 30 minutes, they told me there's a delay, and I have to go to the bank to sort out my issue.
