The process is cumbersome, filled with endless requests for various fees such as verification, personal tax, margin fees, and dubious membership requirements. Even after complying, I was still unable to withdraw my funds. The customer service has been thoroughly unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving my concerns unattended. Their questionable deposit methods and overall lack of transparency have made me question their legitimacy. I would strongly advise against TeraFX due to these prevalent issues.
