Been trading here lately. Love the tight spreads—they really help my bottom line. Wish they had more learning tools too, especially for new strategies I'm trying to pick up.

Their customer support fed me WRONG info about a trading product, specifically about a swap calculation date. Guess what? I LOST $1,000 on a trade! I contacted them about the issue, hoping for some compensation for their mistake. Instead, all I got was a lousy "sorry" and a big fat NO on any kind of reimbursement. I was trading a decent volume, around $20,000 every week! You'd think they'd value a customer like that, right?👎

Anyway, deposits are easy. For any withdrawals, it's either "The credit card you provided does not match the one used for deposit"......or "Your ***** Euro withdrawal request has been declined due to the method you have chosen". You are just like a bad joke.
