Low platform costs if you hold ETFs and shares and wide range of investment choice. Dealing on the website is quite straightforward and deal confirmations seem to be accurate.
What could be improved - fees for advice seem high. Also fees for holding funds rather than ETFs or shares are much higher. Could these be reduced?
