The biggest problem had was with their customer service.They Were very arrogant and unhelpful. They spoke English very poorly which made it difficult to communicate with them One time, I had problem with my account and contacted customer service for help.They told me that was wrong and that they couldnt help me.l was SO frustrated that hung up the phone.would not recommend using this broker to anyone.Their customer service IS terrible There are much better brokers out there.
