It's strange, I didn't find any user reviews about First Option FX on the Internet. Could it be that it has not had many customers since it was established recently? I dare not deal with this kind of company.

It is impossible to be satisfied with the services of First Option FX. I had some problems browsing their website before, so I decided to ask the online customer service. As a result, the customer service staff said that some information is only open to users. And all I'm asking for is some information about trading conditions!

Hidden fees are a real issue. It's frustrating to find unexpected charges after making a trade. Clearer communication about costs would be much appreciated. Customer service is slow and not very helpful. It takes too long to get a response, and when I do, the answers are often not useful. This is a significant drawback.

First Option FX has been nothing but a source of frustration for me. It's been a constant battle dealing with blocked advantageous positions, fluctuating spreads—over 200 times! Imagine a spread of 0.03 suddenly ballooning to 24.1 just because my position is favorable. And as if that's not enough, they've taken away half of my deposits, citing some vague "contract rollover" charge of £586. They even had the audacity to point out that my open positions were profitable to avoid them. Talk about wolves in sheep's clothing.

Sàn FirstOption (https://firstoptionfx.com/) này là lừa đảo, mình đã tham gia và đã bị mất tiền. Khi chơi thử, rút thử tiền về được, nhưng khi vào vốn thật, chơi thật có lời thì không cho rút tiền. Sẽ dùng các chiêu trò như tư vấn 1:1, mã thưởng, ... để lừa nhà đầu tư. Các bạn không nên tham gia sàn này.
