本人于 2026 年 3 月 12 日在 AccuIndex 平台入金 20,000 USDT（TRC20 链，交易时间 2026-03-12 07:06:12，交易 ID：11ca1bb43ac6999e...e8145a070d628d8，链上可查），入金过程全程按平台要求操作，账户无任何违规记录、无任何盈利，仅正常交易后申请提取本金。 2026 年 4 月 3 日，我通过平台后台提交 20,000 USDT 的出金申请，平台后台于当日将申请状态标记为「Approved（已批准）」，声称资金已汇至我的加密钱包地址。但截至今日（2026 年 5 月 25 日），我的钱包始终未收到该笔资金，平台声称的「已出金」完全是虚假说辞。 为核实资金流向，我多次通过邮件（support@accuindex.com、marwa.jalal@accuindex.com）联系平台，要求提供出金对应的链上交易哈希值（Tx Hash），以验证资金是否真实转出。平台始终拒绝提供关键凭证，且后续所有维权邮件均石沉大海，无任何回复。 更恶劣的是，平台在我提交出金申请后，无故限制我的账户交易功能，无法正常下单；后续又以「Zoom 视频核验」为由拖延出金，该要求在我开户、入金的全流程中从未提及，属于事后增设的违规门槛，严重侵犯我的个人隐私与资金安全。我已明确拒绝该不合理要求，并多次要求平台立即解除账户限制、无条件出金，但平台至今拒不处理。 AccuIndex 平台的行为已构成虚假出金、恶意拖欠用户本金、失联拒不沟通、违规增设出金门槛，严重违反外汇行业的合规准则，涉嫌诈骗用户资金。 我在此郑重声明： 要求 AccuIndex 立即提供 2026 年 4 月 3 日对应 20,000 USDT 出金申请的完整链上交易哈希值，证明资金真实转出； 若无法提供有效凭证，请立即无条件将 20,000 USDT 本金退还至我的钱包地址； 就无故限制账户、增设违规核验门槛、失联拒不回复的行为，向我作出书面解释与道歉。 若平台仍拒不处理，我将持续通过监管机构、社交媒体等所有公开渠道曝光该平台的违规事实，同时保留向金融监管部门、警方报案的全部权利！ 投诉人：JINGCHAO CHIN
