Absolutely awful, I've been using Rootie Technology for years however recent issues with TP not activating and rollover adjustments taking my capital rather than just adjusting the balance. Also the account manager Troy Frey is worth a mention, so unbelievably rude and has a serious lack of knowledge regarding the markets he should be advising on.
