My account was not big when I trade with this broker but I still get this awesome customer service. I would give five stars for its kind customer service. However, when it comes to other aspects, like spreads, trading platforms, order execution, it sucks! I mean they are good in software and terrible in hardware. I would not advise you guys to trade with this broker.
