RichSmart has always been at the top of my list as the best FX broker out there. Being in the USA, I appreciate their kind and friendly service, but especially their ECN account, true raw spreads.

Wazzup! I've been moving and shaking with this Kiwi platform Rich Smart, and got to hand it to them - they've spiced up my trading routine in a good way. Their ASIC regulation is a weight off my shoulders - makes me feel safe, you know? The spreads for the ECN account are fantastic - starting from nada, zip, zero pips! Makes it a killer deal for me. The payment methods they got are as flexible as a gymnast - I mean, Tether, seriously? Props to them for offering that. As a lonesome trader who likes the dark more than the day,it would've been nice to see some tools to light up the trading scene a bit.

Now, the maximum leverage they provide, especially on Forex trades, we're talking 1:500 ratio, it's no joke! The spreads they offer on the ECN account starts from ground zero, couldn't ask for a better start. They've eased the money in, money out process with payment methods like FastPay - didn't expect to see that but well done Rich Smart. Now, education tools are not their strongest suit, but what they lack there, they make up elsewhere. It's been a trip and I'd say, well worth the ride.

Withdrawal speed could be faster, as I've encountered delays in accessing my funds. Customer support has been helpful and responsive, which is a relief.

I don't consider switching to another company. The low spreads and the extra features that I haven't seen in other firms during trades, the ease of deposit and withdrawal processes, and most importantly, the highly successful Customer Service make it stand out.
