6 weeks of chasing for my funds to be returned. I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds for 6 weeks now, every time I speak to them they say they will, but then the following next day someone calls and tries to get me to increase my spend, even though I’ve explained I’m not able to and need my funds back.

Without any remorse, they go ahead to encourage you to stake more. If you lose again they won't bother. Until you have no funds to stake. They ignore you. Very bad platform methinks.
