As a user of TFB trading platform, I gotta say, their customer service is a mess. You can forget about getting through to them when things get hairy. And guess what? They'll slam your positions shut at the worst possible moment instead of waiting for a break. It's like they're out to get you, not help you. Total disaster. And good luck trying to fight them in court after they've wrecked you.
