Had to shoot CDG Global support three emails about deposit problems. Got back the same generic message each time, saying they forwarded my issue to the higher-ups who would email me. Never got any emails, but after my third try, they said my payment failed. Had to give my wallet address for payment to finally go through on the same day. Hope I don't have to deal with this again.
