I've been trying to open a new account with Diamond Investment for over a month now, but their customer service is just terrible. Despite numerous emails and calls, they haven't processed or approved my account. They keep asking for a ton of personal information and documents, and I'm still waiting for them to handle my application. It's been a frustrating experience, and it feels like a complete waste of time.

I had a frustrating experience with Diamond Investment broker. They intentionally shut down their app during volatile periods, leaving their clients unable to trade or blocked from managing their accounts. Moreover, they don't respond to any disputes.
