Realicé un depósito de 94 USDT (TRC20) el 22 de octubre de 2025, desde mi billetera Binance hacia la dirección generada por Exnova La transacción fue exitosa y confirmada en la blockchain TRON,Han pasado varios días desde la confirmación y los fondos aún no se reflejan en mi cuenta Exnova Me he comunicado con el soporte oficial, enviando todos los datos y la captura de Tronscan, pero no he recibido una solución ni acreditación del saldo. Solicito que se investigue la falta de acreditación del depósito y que la empresa aclare públicamente el estado de la transacción.
