Apparently, their phantom fills even extend to stop-loss orders, ensuring you lose big when the market turns against you. I contacted their "customer service," which felt more like a comedy sketch. The robotic responses and complete lack of understanding were insulting. It was clear they had no intention of helping, just milking me for every penny.

I used to trade with IC Markets, but they increased the fees for margin trading without any prior notice. Several of my positions were liquidated during the last update. It feels like they are being dishonest and acting like thieves. I would advise staying away from them.
