I don’t understand its shipping costs, so I asked them for more than twice. The support guy who answered my questions became impatiently, and refused to answer my questions in the end. Two stars for what I got here.

The pricing seems suspicious, almost as if it’s determined at their convenience rather than market rates.

However, I found that Philoro tended to obscure their fees, making the whole process quite frustrating. I would strongly advise against using this platform for trading in gold.
