11月29日，滑点1万美金，处理无果。在北京时间下午4点左右，行情波动异常跳动，以及波动异常跳动，其中空单异常订单如下： 本人申请一键平仓的时候单价均价在4153附近（可参考订单号：649775024平仓价格在4153.88）本人按下一键平仓，当时系统瞬时点差接近1000点，后台查看是按照4162-63价格平仓；其中异常多单情况如下：订单号：649864284 止盈价格在4175左右，系统滑点到4155.73，价差20个点，此单本人平仓时候利润为1600美元左右；
在本月12月12日晚，本人账户结余任有5万美金，且在担保比充足的情况下，且有多空有相应对锁的情况下系统时间16点47分被系统引发连锁强平。
