I applied for a withdrawal on December 15th with SAF, but as of December 31st, the funds haven't reached my account. The email I used for communication was bounced back, indicating it might be a fake address. Surprisingly, my funds are no longer visible on their official website. Attempts to reach customer support have been futile, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my money.
