I have tried a few other platforms but yours is the best so far. The customer service is excellent too. They have always been there for me. Which is very important to me because I am new to investing and have lots of questions.

2022年，在网上认识了一位代理人，引导我在百利好开户，跟着他操作，赚小钱亏大钱，频繁操作，代理人赚取大量手续费！后来才知道手续费的一半都进了代理人的口袋，不过也晚了，已经亏了七八十万了，辛辛苦苦的积蓄也没了还负债累累
找过平台，平台推的一干二净，哪怕是手续费也不给退！
希望能给追回手续费！操作亏损我认了！感谢🙏

2024年2.21，百利好出金这笔资金12604元，突然被黑龙江大庆公安给冻结，公安联系我说这笔资金是给钱，汇给我的李晓宇卡主是洗黑钱的卡主，涉及境外网络赌博，卡内余额12604.41，但是可用余额只有0.41，这里12604元被警方冻结。
2024年2.21，百利好出金这笔资金12604元，突然被黑龙江大庆公安给冻结，公安联系我说这笔资金是给钱，汇给我的李晓宇卡主是洗黑钱的卡主，涉及境外网络赌博，卡内余额12604.41，但是可用余额只有0.41，这里12604元被警方冻结。

投诉百利好环球平台。
本人在2024年7月中旬，银行卡被冻结，经多方查询确认为司法冻结，冻结原因为涉嫌“33彩票”网赌专案，经与相关部门确认为2023年11月20日从百利好环球平台出金，平台匹配资金涉嫌网赌违法，公安机关要求全额退赔才能解卡。
经和平台客服联系，客服提供了当时出金的银行转账记录，但是以我已经注销户为由说无法提供出金记录，既然能查到银行转账记录的底单为啥不能提供出金记录呢？而且这个第三方也是平台找的啊，现在出了问题，总不能所有损失都是我个人全部承担吧？目前银行卡仍在冻结中，已经影响了正常的生活使用了
