I had a really bad experience with eXcentral. Their website looked unprofessional, and I found out that their regulatory licenses were fake, customer service is also unsatisfactory. I wouldn't trust them with my money, and I suggest others stay away as well. There're too many scammers in the indsutry and everyone should be vigilant.
