I've never come across such a terrible experience with CentFX before. Opening a trading account was supposed to be straightforward - just a simple verification process. I provided my address and ID proof, as requested. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Well, three days later, I got an email asking me to verify my phone number. Okay, I did that too. A week passes, and they're asking me for reasons why I live in the UK and demanding further proof. What? I already provided address proof, why are they asking this? I'm seriously suspicious this might be a scam! Either way, they're definitely wasting my time.
