Saya mengalami hal buruk terjadi pada broker ironFX Saya deposit 1.000 dolar dan mendapatkan bonus lalu saya trading profit lebih dari 100%, lalu saya coba WD Bisa tapi sisa saldo saya di cancel. Parah, jangan trading di ironfx teman-teman ini broker penipu. Saya tampilkan screenshot transaksi saya. Kalau profit banyak pasti di cancel. Padahal tidak ada kesalahan.

Hello, I registered to the IronFx site with account number 23208344. After depositing 750 USD into the account and receiving a 40% bonus, I made the first transaction on 30.12.2024. I made about 1378 usd from my first trade. I encountered an error several times when making a withdrawal. Then I canceled the check. After learning the correct procedures from the customer representative, I completed the shooting process. However, it was later said that I had committed a violation and the money I deposited and earned was confiscated. I certainly did not commit such a violation. I did not cause any harm to the company. I did not violate the conditions specified in the bonus procedure. Later, when I wanted to learn the details from the customer representative, they blocked me. They didn't respond to my emails. I couldn't find a contact person. I demand the return of the money that was unjustly confiscated. It is fraud for the company to confiscate my money even though it does no harm.

Kasus ini menjadi perhatian komunitas trader karena adanya indikasi praktik yang tidak transparan dan merugikan pihak trader. Pada 12 Desember 2024, seorang trader membuka akun di IronFX dengan melakukan deposit sebesar 1.000 USD dan mendapatkan bonus 40%. Trader tersebut kemudian melakukan trading menggunakan lot penuh sebesar 0.7 lot dan berhasil memperoleh profit hampir 200%, lalu mengajukan penarikan sebesar 1.900 USD. Bonus yang diterima sebelumnya pun otomatis dibatalkan sesuai dengan kebijakan broker. Namun, yang mencurigakan terjadi pada 13 Desember 2024. Pada sore harinya, sisa saldo trader sebesar 1.000 USD tiba-tiba menghilang. Dalam laporan akun trading muncul transaksi aneh berupa EUR/USD Buy 0.01 yang merugi hingga -1.000 USD. Padahal, trader tersebut tidak melakukan transaksi.
