So far, the trading application has been working fine with APL Markets. My only issue arose when trying to contact their online technical support. The automated responses from the chatbot were sometimes confusing and didn't always address my specific questions. It seemed like they didn't fully understand my queries. Eventually, I opted to call and speak with a live customer service representative, which proved to be much more helpful.
