After messing up, I topped up my account again. But when I tried to withdraw the same amount 5 minutes later, it got rejected. This got me into trouble. Since I haven't changed my trading broker, I feel like I'm being cheated.

My recent experience has been frustrating as all my charts stopped working today. While cryptocurrency trading is accessible on other accounts, it seems to be restricted on your server. This has left me unable to close or address the issue when attempting to execute trades. The real-time chat support proved unhelpful as the agents abruptly ended the conversation and failed to respond to my inquiries.
