First and foremost, I checked the regulation and all and yes, they are regulated so I have funded the account. They offered me bonuses, but I have decided to trade without that just to check if this is the broker for me. They offer good customer support via various channels. I like this specially the what's app support for the ease of getting connected with them. Their platform is also good and lag free. One thing that they need improvement is the mt4 part. They are not offering this platform but offers something they called fortex which is similar in kind. I like this platform also, but I was used to the mt4 so it's a bit of an issue to me. So far so good, I'm happy with the experience.
