계좌에 있는 잔액을 출금 신청하니 동결시킨 후 로그인조차 못하게 차단해버렸습니다. 고객센터에 회사 주소와 연락처를 물어보니 미국의 증권회사 모건 체이스를 검색하라고만 하네요. GaitameOnline은 일본 기업으로 알고 있는데, 모건 체이스가 모회사고 자기네 회사가 자회사라고 거짓말을 하네요. 모건 체이스 홈페이지에 들어가 보면 일본에 자회사는 없다고 나옵니다.
