However, I did not get the pleasant trading experience when I started real trading. That’s why I left this broker soon.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service provided by CoinEvo. Despite requesting my account to be upgraded to their elite tier since May 2023, they still haven't processed the upgrade. Instead, they unilaterally changed my account from Pro to VIP without notifying me, resulting in higher spreads and commissions.
