My friend tried to close his account with commerz trade because the margin was just so high that leaves his balance so small. He could not close the account since commerz trade wants to have a balance of US$200.00 first before withdrawing. My suggestion is to call them first and verify if this is still their procedure. We have used a different broker by now.
