I would not even give it one star. Why? I have experienced the worst trading service on this platform. Its trading platform lost connection and I cannot login and there is no way I can open that platform. However, their support staff did not reply me at all, so speechless!

I have found the customer service at SmartTrader to be quite helpful, although the fees are on the higher side. The minimum deposit requirement is also quite steep, making it challenging for beginners like myself to engage in trading on the platform.
