This broker has the worst trading platform in the industry. It freezes, glitches, and has a horrible reaction to price action ATM. They closed my position with little to no explanation. The web site has so many issues and the password reset button doesn't work. you have to contact them to send you a password reset. Scam worthy garbage. I have emails and chats and screenshots of their representatives all telling me different things about a closed trade.

They constantly put me in trades before the price reaches my entry and take me out before price reach my stop loss. For example, I Just had 2 trades running buy limits the trades hit, and went in my direction, yet my trade was not activated. FXCL is very dishonest and disgusting I'm going to close my account. Your company is very dishonest. FXCL can at least be honest, and stop cheating their clients. I can accept when a trade goes against me, I can accept my stop loss being hit, but don't place me in a trade before price gets there and don't take me out of the trade before price gets there. It's very dishonest of you FXCL.

My experience with FXCL, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, was disappointing. Everything seemed fine until I requested a withdrawal. The account manager has been rejecting my withdrawals for various unreasonable reasons. It was only then that I realized that I had been lied to and that they were not worthy of being trusted at all.

I agreed with previous comments that this company is 100% scammer since I requested for my refund. The account manager keeps on denying my request with unending reasons. I hope your conscience will bother you and returned my investment of $2,000.
