It felt like I was constantly chasing my tail. Different customer support staff gave me conflicting information. One said I could have two accounts, another said only one, and yet another claimed my existing MT4 account (which I knew was active) was just a demo! It took multiple emails and even then, some staff didn't bother reviewing the previous communication, leaving me to explain the situation from scratch every time.

Their customer service is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Good luck getting anyone on the line who can actually help you with your issues. And don't even get me started on the lack of transparency around their trading costs and hidden fees. Talk about a headache waiting to happen.

Deposited money through card and requested withdraw of 25% of the deposit, just hours later, and it gets declined due to ”it needs to be verified”. Super slow support that asks the same question multiple time even tho the answer, and more, has been given multiple. Been waiting for withdrawl 3 days now and still waiting for confimation.

From February 14th, Rizq Capital restricted my account. This means I couldn't access any of my funds. If you go through all the comments on their Facebook page, you'll see many other clients reporting similar experiences. I filed complaints with the SEC and FINRA. The SEC forwarded my complaint to Rizq Capital, requesting specific explanations for the restrictions. Their response will be sent to me and the SEC compliance department. Two days later, the restrictions were lifted. I withdrew my funds and closed the account.
