本人用pbfx平台开通mt4账户，做大宗商品交易，且只在本平台开过mt4账户。一直持续看好黄金涨势，经多次爆仓后，于3410左右价格陆续持仓至今。于上周出金未到账向客服反映，本周一平台发送邮件说我跨平台套利，封锁我账户，清空账户盈利。我有完整交易记录和仓位记录，并没有任何违规操作行为。请平台给出合理解释，赔偿损失！
