It's as if the developers designed the platform with the intention of confusing traders rather than facilitating smooth operations. But what truly angered me was the lack of transparency. The platform claims to offer low spreads and competitive fees, but in reality, I found hidden charges that significantly ate into my profits. It felt like I was being constantly nickel-and-dimed without any clear explanation. Customer support is another major letdown. I encountered issues with withdrawals, and getting a response from their support team was like pulling teeth. When I finally did get a response, it was unhelpful and only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the platform's performance during high volatility periods was abysmal. I experienced frequent lag and even had trades executed at prices far from the market rate, resulting in unnecessary losses. Their payment process is just not up to par. I've requested withdrawals several times, but each time they come back with reasons why they can't process my payment. I've made 10 requests so far, and every single one has been rejected.
