KJ Glovice FX

I reached out to customer support and waited for almost 7 hours. After checking, they only gave me excuses, stating that due to a high margin, they implemented a stop-loss. However, if the margin was indeed high, why did they let my 4 open trades continue for 4 hours before stopping them, only after they were in profit? This seems unfair to me, especially considering my capital is quite small. Feels like an attempt to deceive me.

Their user interface is quite intuitive which made navigating through various options and executing trades smoother. Transparency and usability surely seem to be the order of the day with them.
