Two days ago, I placed a trade, but when I attempted to close it, the app server went down, preventing me from doing so. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to close the trade, resulting in the liquidation of my entire account balance of 700 USDT. The app is now refusing to refund my loss, claiming it was due to a hacker attack. Since the issue was caused by their platform failure, they should compensate users for the lost funds.
