On April 8th, I received an email confirming that the video was successfully received and processed.
However, as of today, April 24th, the withdrawal has still not been processed, with the only explanation being that the "video is under review."
Since April 8th, I have sent several emails and contacted support multiple times, but the only repeated response I receive is to "wait until we contact you," without providing any reason for the delay or any estimated timeline for resolution.
After researching similar cases, I found that $23,649.33 is a significantly large amount, and I feel extremely anxious about the situation.
