I am extremely frustrated with my experience using the Ceres platform. Not only have I been unable to log in, but I have also been unable to withdraw my funds, and my account manager has disappeared. This has left me feeling helpless and uncertain about the status of my investments. I strongly advise against using Ceres, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
