On top of this, it has been difficult to get in touch with their customer service team, which has left me feeling frustrated at times. The only consolation has been that the MT4 trading platform has been reliable and I haven't experienced any disruptions in my trading activities. All in all, I'm quite disappointed with RN PRIME and would caution others to approach this broker with some degree of skepticism.
